Revoke a member's Postgres access now
Every personal login of the member is revoked at once (the proxies forget it), and their member role on every branch of every project they reach gets a new password, which ends its open sessions (the SQL editor and the console reconnect with the new one). Their Studio access and grants are untouched.

The member is active again with their grants; a ban Chelabase placed on their account when they were removed is lifted, and their offboarded mark is cleared. An account banned for any other reason is 409 `conflict` and nothing changes: the member stays suspended until that ban is lifted. Their personal logins stay revoked: they make new ones. Reinstating an active member again redoes the account steps.
Suspend a member POST
The member is refused everywhere but `GET /v1/me` (`member_suspended`) and keeps their grants. Their personal Postgres logins are revoked at once (the proxies forget them), their member roles get new passwords on every branch they reach (open sessions end), and realtime drops what they watched, all in this request. When they are an active member of no other tenant, their account's sessions end too; otherwise those sessions stay, and minting a token for this tenant is refused. The account isn't banned. Suspending a suspended member again writes nothing new; every other step is redone.
